    Beauty Quick Tip: How to Instantly Brighten Your Eyes

    Tired-looking eyes a problem?  Want a super easy way to instantly perk up your peepers?

    All you need is some white or off-white eye shadow and an eye shadow brush to get the job done!

    Simply apply the shadow to the inner corner of your eyes.  Be sure to blend well so it doesn't look overdone.  The goal is to 'open' up the eyes without looking obvious.
